Treat people decently

No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse aimed at anyone — in a channel's chat, in direct messages, or in your profile.

No sexual content, and absolutely nothing sexual involving minors. Accounts posting the latter are removed and reported.

Do not post other people's private information: addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, anything they did not choose to share.

Respect the robot and its surroundings

Do not deliberately crash a robot, drive it down stairs, into water, or at a person or animal.

Do not use a turn to film through windows, at people who have not agreed to be on camera, or anywhere the operator has asked you to keep away from.

If something goes wrong — a robot is stuck, something broke, someone is in the way — stop driving and release your turn.

Play fair

One account per person. No queue-jumping through multiple accounts, no scripts or bots driving for you, no exploiting a bug to get free turns.

No spam, no scams, no advertising, no impersonating another operator or DroidHub staff.

For broadcasters

Say what your channel is and price turns honestly. If the robot cannot do what your channel implies it can, say so.

Only broadcast a space you control, and keep people who have not consented out of frame.

Do not leave a robot live and unattended where it could hurt someone or damage something.

Reporting and enforcement

Report anything that breaks these rules to support@droidhub.live — include the channel and roughly when it happened.

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, mute an account in chat, revoke driving access, or close the account. Serious cases skip straight to the last one.

If we close your account for a breach, unused credits are not refunded.
